Defending champions Oman will begin its ’24th Arabian Gulf Cup’ campaign, which will be hosted by Qatar, with a match against Iraq.
The outcome of the fixtures was determined after a draw held in Qatar yesterday [23 October, 2019].
Oman’s first match is slated for November 24th. The team’s second match will be against the hosts, Qatar, followed by matches against Yemen and Kuwait.
The Arabian Gulf Cup – dubbed ‘Gulf 24’ – will be in a one-round league format, and will take place from November 24 to December 6, 2019 at Doha.
All matches will be held at the Khalifa International Stadium but only five out of the eight teams will participate in this year’s tournament.
