The Sultanate and Egypt sign Oil and Gas MoU

September 2019, Cairo : The Sultanate and Egypt signed  a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Tuesday, September 3 to boost bilateral cooperation in the oil and natural gas industry.

The MoU was signed in Cairo by the Omani ambassador to Egypt,  HE Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Eisaei, who is the permanent representative of Oman to the Arab League, and the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, HE Tareq Al-Molla , as reported by ONA.

The following individuals attended the signing  ceremony: Brigadier Abdul Hameed Al -Sinani, Military Attaché at the Sultanate’s Embassy in Egypt, advisor Bader Al-Busaidi, the Sultanate’s Deputy Delegate at the Arab League, Nasr Al Abri, the Sultanate’s Media Attaché in Egypt and a number of officials at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in Egypt.
