Two recipes to spice up your Valentine’s Day
Mix three scoops of vanilla ice cream with two cups of milk and three tablespoons of rose syrup and blend well in your mixer. Before pouring this into the serving glass, pour a little rose syrup in the glass and then on top of it pour the above mixture. You can decorate it with strawberries.
Pineapple caramel pudding
Caramelise cashews or cornflakes and keep aside. Cook half cup of pineapple with a little water and sugar and keep aside. Heat half cup milk and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of condensed milk and stir without taking your hands off. Add 3 tablespoons caramel powder and when it starts boiling stir for two minutes and switch off the flame.
Take a glass dish and place slices of sponge cakes at the bottom. Drizzle some pineapple syrup over it. Freeze it, after adding three spoons of caramel mix, for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile take 1/4 cup of whipping cream and beat it till smooth. Add two tablespoon of condensed milk and the cooked pineapple and blend it well.
Take out the dish from your freezer and pour the cream and pineapple mix on top and place it in your refrigerator for an hour. Decorate with caramelised cashews or cornflakes.
