Oman aviation: Air Arabia, Qatar Airways to fly from Sohar soon

PACA said it working with ROP and Oman Airport Management Company to start international services from Sohar.

Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) has granted Air Arabia to operate direct flights between Sohar and Sharjah three times a week, dates for which will be announced soon.

PACA said it working with Royal Oman Police and Oman Airport Management Company (OAMC) to start international services from Suhar.

The authority also said Qatar Airways has expressed interest to start international flights at the earliest. PACA also granted license to SalamAir to start operations from Sohar to Salalah during the Khareef season from June 28.
